Specbound Designs, LLC is a product development company that designs and manufactures innovative products to improve everyday life. Our services include product design, development, and sales of products including but not limited to the VersaMAST flag raising system.

VersaMAST is a trademark of Specbound Designs, LLC.

4. Product Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Pre-orders are subject to estimated delivery timelines which may change
• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise specified

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be provided prior to order completion. Specbound Designs, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy will be provided with your purchase. Generally, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. 7. Product Warranty

Specbound Designs, LLC products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified with each product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications. This warranty does not cover items that could be offered as a component that are not manufactured by Specbound Designs, LLC. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@specbounddesigns.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specbound Designs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specbound Designs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.
